If you create any new patron or item types in your local system, please report them to the LINK+ Administrator so that they can be mapped centrally. Otherwise, your new patron or item type may not behave as intended.
If your Branches table is missing a member's LINK+ location code, virtual items from that member will not check out properly. You should periodically check your Branches table against the most recent list of LINK+ member library codes to make sure all are included. You can find this list on the repository.
If you plan to change the IP address of your local server, you should open a ticket with Innovative's Support Desk at least two weeks in advance. You should also notify the LINK+ Administrator. Innovative staff must make adjustments on both the local Innovative server and the LINK+ Central server in order for the INN-Reach software (INN-Reach patron requesting, local record queuing to Central, and INN-Reach circulation) to continue to work after the IP change.
