Log a case with our customer support team (link: Innovative Customer Support) to request a Polaris Developer Sandbox account. If you are a vendor, please email vendorsupport@iii.com. Once activated, you will be provided with a username and temporary password. Please change your temporary password immediately after logging in. The Polaris Developer Sandbox login is separate from your Support Center login.
